Litespeed or Apache server

When you are looking at buying your hosting account some companies are promoting the fact that use Litespeed on their servers. In the past almost all hosting companies had used Apache. Both program will work at providing you the hosting customer with a stable environment if your hosting provider knows what they are doing and the products have been installed properly on the web hosting servers.

But the one area that Litespeed actually seems to provide a better level of service is in speed. And from some of the information that I’ve seen online if you are hosting Wordpress blogs a Litespeed hosted site might serve up the pages quicker (although WP-cache plug-in can also help).
